Founder and lead trainer Juan Hernandez understands what it takes to learn and grow from foundational components to become the very best. Retired United States Marine, Law Enforcement Officer, Certified Firearms Instructor by both the NRA and USCCA has enabled his foundational components to grow and expand over the past 20+ years. Adding to this experience he also has an educational background with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Management. He understands about lifelong learning and that training is continuous. He trains and wants to learn just like you. 

Juan is an average, everyday citizen who has been blessed with more than just the basic type of training and experiences over his career. He wants to train and teach everyday, law abiding citizens, how to protect themselves, their families, and their homes from people who could care less about the law and the consequences. Juan likes to keep things simple, keep things real, and be a teacher and mentor to others.
